Physical Products and Returns

If physical books are purchased directly from Horizon83 Media, LLC through our website, each order is produced on demand.

Because books are printed specifically for each customer, all sales are final.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or materially incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@horizon83media.com with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

Upon verification, we will provide a replacement copy or refund at our discretion.

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary based on production and carrier schedules. Horizon83 Media, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by third-party production or shipping providers.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases of suspected abuse, misuse, or fraudulent claims.

Services and Media Production

Payments for creative services, including media production and videography, are non-refundable once services have been rendered or deliverables have been provided.

If a project is canceled prior to delivery, any refund will be determined at our discretion based on work completed and expenses incurred.
